I put an order in back in the beginning of march for a swimsuit and by the end of april they still had not even sent me my tracking information. So I sent an email about it and someone responded and said that they were going to send it. Well, a few minutes later, I received an email saying that they had cancelled my order, which is something I never even told them to do. I asked if they were going to refund me my money and they said that they would. A week had passed by and I had not received my payment. I sent them another email and they said that the refund had already processed. Well, it's December now and I have not received anything. Fraud company!

Almost unbelievably horrendous customer service and no product

If my daughter hadn't wanted this bathing suit so bad, we wouldn't have tried three times, with three different credit cards and phone numbers and email addresses to buy it. It's almost laughable the way they do NOT operate. We think this company, may be an out of the country business that has a landing point here in the states, but people who do not know how to read or write in the customer services department. We also think it may be laundering money. It would take way too long to explain the trail that ensued after the first purchase, but i am way past forty and have shopped online since 1997 or so. I can say with my hand on MY HEART, that this is in every sense, the worst company i have ever come to know. All three times we ordered this bathing suit, our credit card is immediately charged, we get a notification that the order has been placed, and yet, each time, they do not do as their website says, even though it is a little longer than most businesses, they say it will take 3-5 business days to receive tracking on the item your order- ok, that's a little longer than most, and it would be fine it it were true. Each time we have ordered THE SAME BATHING SUIT, it has taken 3 weeks for NOTHING to happen. When emailing, because lord knows you can't talk to someone in person who can comprehend what you are calling about, you complain that you have heard nothing, zip, no tracking, they give you some bull about it taking 7-10 business days TO RECEIVE TRACKING, which is not according to their website. Meanwhile, when you mentioned you are going to report them to the better business bureau because they have had your money for over three weeks, and you have not only received no merchandise but you also have received no hope than any is coming! Each time there is some weird story. My daughter had a woman call her and tell her that she suspected us of fraud. When she was told that our discover card has been charged three weeks prior, so where is the fraud? she mentioned something about Bank of America, complaining about it? This has nothing to do with us, i have no accounts at Bank of America, she is obviously talking about her own bank account. Get this--- and has she has to pick up her son from daycare or school, and she will look into it. Never calling us back when promised. This one woman Alison, tells me that she is going to send my daughter the bathing suit for FREE because of what we have been put through----yeah right. Hm.....nope, didn't happen. We get strange calls from an odd number that tells us that it is someone's cell phone. One woman, it cold have been Alison again, tells us that there is no direct number for the company! Then we asked for a refund, and they were nasty about it. The second time we tried, the same thing happened. Three weeks go by, and no tracking and no product. We again asked for a refund. We then used my name, my work email address and another credit card, and guess what- you guessed it i bet, no tracking and no product. I then mention reporting them to the BBB and the next day i get -----A TRACKING NUMBER. But...wait for it, it leads to NOTHING. The USPS says they have received electronic information about the package, but do not have a PHYSICAL PACKAGE. This is the same report when clicking on your tracking link that you get for 4 days! There is no package! Nothing to track. The tracking doesn't change day to day. Because there is NO PACKAGE! I then write these people, and i say, look stop with the BS. Just refund it, you are really a horrible operation, lying to people, etc...they actually paste someone else's email into a response to me, and then answer it!!!! I did see on the BBB site, before i complained there, that someone complained about this company and the company replied to the BBB that the person (customer) was mean, and didn't speak english, blaming the customer!!!! I bet they would do that to me too. They are really bad, i mean, you couldn't imagine how bad. They do not call, except when you threaten the BBB and then they call, but not the number you provide. They called my daughter, from her first order about 3 months after she placed the order. But actually they should have called me. But why would they call? They sent me a tracking number! The item should be on it's way right? hahahaha. Nope it wasn't of course. They had my money again for three weeks, provide no service and no product and have the audacity to tell me (after three different attempts) that they no longer wish to have my business! As if i would ever deal with these people again!!!! NO bathing suit is worth this much aggravation. STAY CLEAR. RUN. BUY A CRUCIFIX TO DEFEND YOURSELF from these VAMPIRES. They are either disorganized and ***, or scammers. Neither is good for you, trust me. And any good review on these site is obviously written by them. They googled themselves, found these bad reviews and tried to make their name stay afloat. Not gonna happen. COMPLETE WASTE.

I'm pissed off and furious because I ordered two things from this website at the end of July. One pair of tie dye sneakers and another pair of platform shoes. My total came to $120, in which I paid and I checked the website and it said they have received my payment. I want to know why is it that I still haven't received my paid merchandise. A whole month of waiting and I haven't received an email or anything and to make matters worst the website doesn't work. Every time I try to go on the website to check on my paid order, the website says that if I'm not the owner they need to owner to log in. I really liked those shoes and I hope I receive them some time soon because I still paid my money and $120 came out my account

Shop Courtney P - Dress Review from New York, New York

Paid for a dress on June 30,2014. Never received shipping confirmation only order confirmation. Emailed them about it since there is no phone number, got no response until a second email threatening to go public. Still as of today, now 12 days later no tracking or shipping information. Emails again and no response again until another threat, saying I will receive tracking information tonight. I've also requested my money be refunded since it is obvious they do not have the product. No response again...$90 gone just like that.

Terrible customer service

Horrible customer service 3 months delivery. First order in September today is January and I still have not received what I order three months ago. Wrong order delivered. It took them 2 months to finally send me what I asked for and as a result they send me the wrong dress No email response. I tried many times to explain how upset I was with their customer service and out of 20 email just two as replied. No text response. many texts messages were send *** do not purchase at shop Courtney eveeeer!! This was the worse experience ever I had with an online store

I would have to say they have inexperienced and amateurish costumer service. My daughter ordered a bathing suit in March.

She entered the wrong zip code, but emailed them directly after she placed the order to tell them the correct zip code for shipping. They seemed to not get that information, because they didn't respond to her correspondence, however emailed her 2 weeks later to say they cancelled her order and suspected her of FRAUD! She wrote several emails and got no response. They called her abruptly one day from a Texas number and told her that they tried to contact her through phone, which wasn't true, and they never emailed her back.

Meanwhile, remember that this whole thing was due to a typo of a zip code, which with any other company, would be a small change handled quickly and adeptly. She has sent several emails, because there is no contact phone number on their site. Every email has all her information on it, including a phone number. My discover card was charged on March 30 and to this date, we have received no tracking, and no bathing suit.

But they have our $46.00. On April 20th, we have not received it and to this date, we have only received one email back, a few days ago, asking for a VALID CONTACT NUMBER!!!!!!!!!!!!! No tracking number was provided.

Which is what my daughter asked for. Life is too short for businesses to be providing such poor service.

Did you ever get your items call 626-869-**** ask for Alison she is very nice and resolves all issues. The interns tried to destroy this company but she has turned it around under new management

50$ for no product.

Going on 3 weeks now and haven't gotten the swim suit that cost 50$! Called but could you guess it. Nobody answered and I had to leave a voice mail with no call back still.. do not give them a dime. This place is a scam. Trying to surprise my wife with a nice gift got ruined from shopcourtnyp wish I could just get my money back. I would suggest to any one not to give this place a second look just run now before you're out money too. They won't answer the phone to even tell me a lie about where my stuff is.

ORDER TOOK AROUND 2-3 WEEKS

ORDERED TOOK ABOUT 2-3 WEEKS I EMAILED RECEIVED A RESPONSE WITHIN 48 HOURS AS STATED ONLINE THEY ALSO SENT ME 2 FREE DRESSES FOR BEING SO PATIENT THIS IS ACTUALLY MY 2ND TIME ORDERING FROM THEM I AM HAPPY. I READ ALL THESE BAD POST AND THOUGHT I WOULD WRITE SOMETHING POSITIVE THERE IS ALWAYS TWO SIDES TO EVERY STORY. THEY WERE THE ONLY RELIABLE PEOPLE WITH THE SAME CLOTHING THAT HAD PHONE SUPPORT. AWESOME SERVICE

I must admit I was a little nervous because of the 2 bad reviews but I must say the new management with Courtney and Alison actually taking over they are a dynamic duo no complaints loved all my dresses and even received free dresses and gift cards for next purchase. I will continue to purchase from them. They are by far the most trusted company on social network they may not call you the same day but within 24-48 hours I am happy happy happy can't wait to meet Courtney herself on the summer tour they are doing west coast baby!
